The Blackberry Hill Community Centre offers two well-equipped, flexible rooms available to hire for a wide range of community, social, and professional activities. Whether you are organising a meeting, running a class, hosting a group activity, or planning a small event, our spaces are designed to be practical, welcoming, and easy to use.

Main Hall

The Main Hall is our largest and most versatile space, suitable for group activities, exercise classes, workshops, talks, and social events. The room benefits from good natural light and a simple, adaptable layout that can be arranged to suit different uses.

Suitable for:

Community meetings and residents’ groups
Fitness, wellbeing, and activity classes
Children’s clubs and youth activities
Talks, presentations, and small events

The space can be configured with tables and chairs as required, making it equally suitable for seated meetings or more active sessions.

Meeting Room

Our smaller Meeting Room provides a quieter, more intimate setting, ideal for smaller groups or focused activities. It is well suited to discussions, planning sessions, tutoring, and one-to-one or small group meetings.

Suitable for:

Committee and working group meetings
Training sessions and workshops
Study groups or tuition
Informal community drop-ins

This room offers a comfortable, private environment while still benefiting from the facilities of the wider centre.

All bookings benefit from access to shared amenities within the Community Centre, including:

Accessible toilets
Kitchen / refreshment facilities (where applicable)
Step-free access to the building
On-site or nearby parking

Booking the Rooms

Both rooms can be booked by residents, community groups, and local organisations, subject to availability. We aim to keep the booking process straightforward and affordable, ensuring the centre remains a shared resource for the whole community.
